Ordering an item on-line from Delorey Consulting Group? We ship to the United Sates and Canada with on-line quotes for shipping to these destinations. Please email us or give us a call with any questions or shipping quotes to destinations other that the US or Canada.

Shipping Costs

When you place an order, you will see a selection of shipping options to choose from and the related cost for each shipping method. These quotes are provded by our carriers through Internet links we have established with them for this purpose. No customer information is disclosed to them in this process. After selecting your shipping method and completing your order, an order confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. If you wish to make any further changes, please call us promptly before your order ships.

Shipping Weights

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, shipping weights will typically be rounded up to the next full pound.

Large or Heavy Shipments

Large bulky items are not machine sortable by most carriers. Heavy items may require shipment via truck. Thus, orders that fall into these categories may have longer delivery intervals.Returns

Our prices are very competitive which requires us to have a reasonable return policy to ensure our 100% satisfation goal and control our cost to do business. In this regard, all returns require an advanced Return Material Authorization [RMA] number in order for us to be aware that a return is being sent to us, and effectively identify to us and the shipping carrier, what the parcel contains and its value. Returns are accepted for a full refund if sent within ten (10) days after delivery under our 100% guarantee when the item received is proved to be defective or not in the exact condition stated in the product offering. Otherwise, there is a twenty (20) percent restocking fee . We allow returns to be sent to us within thirty (30) days after delivery. Returns sent after thirty (30) days are only accepted with prior approval of the management of 7x24store.com and at its sole discretion.
